As part of the paperless experience product line, Doxee launches a new portal dedicated to making the management of electronic invoicing, digital storage, and electronic ordering (NSO) processes simple and complete.

The launch of the new tool for managing compliance processes related to dematerialization is part of Doxee’s overall strategy of expansion in B2B, SMB (Small Medium Business), and SME (Small Medium Enterprise) markets for the use of simple and efficient tools for process management.

The new portal also makes available Electronic Ordering (NSO), the new product of Doxee recently launched and dedicated to the management of e-procurement processes aimed at Public Administration.

The new Doxee portal for electronic invoicing has analytics tools and customizable dashboards that allow users to monitor the entire life cycle of invoices and electronic orders in real-time, managing the processes of sending and results with functions that make it easy to create, edit and approve individual invoices. Thanks to its native integration with Doxee Legal Electronic Archive, a product in its paperless experience line, the customer also has the necessary tools for managing processes related to the replacement storage of electronic documents.

The new portal further enriches the features of the Doxee Platform, the company’s main technological asset and the result of the company’s continued commitment to research and development. The Doxee Platform has been designed according to the API-first paradigm, an extremely efficient and innovative way to make customers’ systems communicate directly with the Doxee Platform. The webinar, “Digital transformation and innovative frameworks of communication for PA” will be held on November 6 at 12:00 CEST. Attendees will see the results of this complex project that utilizes personalized video narration to guide citizens to the adoption of the SPID system thanks to a series of call-to-actions within the video.  

The personalization and interactivity features—based on the recipient’s data—results in an engaging narration that supports conversion. The video message had a view rate of 91%, with 43% of recipients going on to create the SPID.

Doxee continues with projects dedicated to the digital transformation of communication processes in PA

Doxee and ARIA S.p.A., the organization that handles purchasing for the Lombardy Region in Italy, released the results of patented Doxee Pvideo® technology for the promotion of the adoption of the SPID, the Public Digital Identity System to citizens of the Lombardy Region.

Doxee won the two-years call for tender launched by ARIA S.p.A. to supply digital communication services through the creation of personalized videos to promote the transition to SPID for the citizens resident in the Lombardy Region. In the video, the story-telling guides the recipient to each call-to-action, alternating elements of interactivity and personalization that encourage the recipient’s involvement. These interactive and personalized features also improve the conversion rates of the campaign. The personalized video message was addressed to about 525,000 users who used one-time password credentials to access the regional online services. Ninety-one percent of recipients viewed the entire video and 43% responded to the call-to-action embedded within the video to adopt the adoption of SPID.
